Any info yet on when it gets a US distribution?
Will any of the specials feature Hgh Dancy and John Hurt in a large portion, or will it only mainly feature the producers and director?

Hugh, Claire and John all appear in the 'Making of...' documentary, a feature which the current DVD Review calls in it's 5 star review of the disc, "stunning".
